Case Studies
Students need to understand how theory and practice work together to solve real-world problems. The project management case studies place the students in the position of the project manager, sponsor, and other stakeholders. Students develop problem-solving skills by critically analyzing the various scenarios.

Foundations of Big Data is a full introductory course syllabus containing knowledge modules that fall into three major knowledge categories:
The course has been customized for a cognate discipline such as IT, engineering, health informatics, or business.
The Project Team, Leadership and Communication course is also a full course syllabus addressing the major behavioral competencies around managing projects. It has also been customized for use in universities in Australia, the UK and the Arabian Gulf.
BD courses commonly build toward a final project, and PM programs build toward a capstone experience. Find guidelines for both, as well as other course activities such as sample analysis problems and a fictional scenario to address ethics in project management.
